The Railways and Harbours Conference & Exhibition 2009 falls within Cape Town’s peak summer tourist season and takes place the week prior to the Cape Argus Cycle Race.

We strongly suggest that delegates and exhibitors secure their accommodation as soon as possible.

Hotel accommodation has been block booked at special discounted rates at a selection of hotels across the city by Appleberry Conferences. A selection of Bed & Breakfast and self catering options has been secured and are available through BedButler. To access the reduced conference accommodation rates, accommodation reservations may be made through Appleberry Conferences for hotel reservations or BedButler for Bed & Breakfast or self catering reservations. To take advantage of the discounted rates, please ensure that your accommodation reservations are made by 15 December 2008, after which time some accommodation may be subject to availability and possible 2009 rate increases.
